    Dear Sir,

I am working in a statutory body under Ministry of Power wich was formed under an act passed in Parliament. My pre-revised scale of pay was Rs. 7450- 11500 in the rank of finance & accounts Officer. While fixation under 6th pay commission they have given Rs. 4600/- as grade pay. The clarification I would like to know is as under:

Since the above said scale has been merged to Rs. 7500- 12000, am I not eligible for grade pay of Rs. 4800/- and on completion of 4 years I should be paid Rs. 5400/- as grade pay.

I would be highly obliged if you can clarify please.
