In CISF and para military Force, all Gp.D employees have been upgraded into gp.C employee and their grade pay have also been fixed in 2000/- pm w.e.f 01.01.2006. Whether such employees are aligible for MACP w.e.f their date of appointment or otherwise. If they are eligible for 1st, 2nd and 3rd MACP w.e.f their appointment, please clear all cases with example. So of personnel of our Deppt says the employess upgraded into D group and grade pay fixed in Rs.2000/- are eligible for only one MACP with GP 2400/- when they complete 30 years service and the Gp D emplyees (Now Gp.C) appionted on or after 01.01.2006 are eligible for 1st (GP.2400) 2nd (GP.2800/-) and 3rd (GP.4200/-) MACP. There is no justification. please clarify with example.
