Hello Sir,
I am working in a central govt. office in Lucknow.I am working here since 1990 as hindi translator in the scale of jr.hindi translator i.e.5000-8000.I was granted ACP in 2002 in the scale of 5500-9000.Ministry of Finance,Department of expenditure,Govt. of India vide their OM no.F/1/1/2008,DATED 24-11-2008 had placed the post of Hindi Translator in the scale of 6500-10500 PB-2 w.e.f.01-01-2006.Subsequently the Ministry of Finance granted GP Of 4600 in the revised payband-2 to posts that existed in the pre-revised scale of 6500-10500 as on 01-01-2006 vide their order no.F1/1/2008,1C,Dated 13-11-2009.I have been granted my 1st ACP in the 4600GP and 2nd MACP in 4800 gp saying that the above order dated 13-11-2009 Is admissible to those who were in 6500-10500 before 1-1-2006 and not as on 1-1-2006.whereas in my view I should be granted my 1st ACP in 4800 GP and 2nd in 5400 GP AFTER IMPLEMENTING THE ABOVESAID ORDERS. AS 4600GP IS NOW MY ENTRY SCALE AFTER THE ORDER OF 13-11-2009.Kindly clarify ,I would like to add that many of the central govt. offices have granted 4600gp at entry point and I have produced the copy of the orders of those offices but my offiice has denied me to grant this benefit saying that the orders are being implemented wrongly in other offices.kindly guide me which gp should I get after my 2nd macp. Please reply at the earliest.I am in great stress.
