EXPECTED DA FROM JULY 2012 for CG Staff and Pensioners

EXPECTED DA FROM JULY 2012 :- Expecting period more than six months is now over, the Dearness allowance  and Dearness relief for existing employees and pensioners will be enhaced by 7% from the current rates and it will become the total of 72% form July this year.

As per the statistics of All India Consumer Price Index Numbers released by the Labour Bureau for the month of June 2012, the index raised by two points and stood at 208 points. Thus, the DA and DR calculation is completed and may be finalized in the Cabinet Committee meeting, which will be held at second week of September 2012.

The below table denotes the calculation for the month of June 2012…

    7% is too less due to high price rise in commodities. Kindly give us at least 10% from July 2012. It would give us some relief to face the price rise.

    all the anamoly on fixation of pay will be solved in 6th cpc if the fixation of pay first should be done in 5th cpc scale on upgradation of the post /merger of the post thereafter the formula for fixation of th cpc be done. it is not understood why this basics principle does not goes to mind of authority responsible for pay clarification.

    As per July 2012 AICPI , 10 points has been increased as inflation . It means, future DA w.e.f. 1.1.2013, not below 9% i.e., 81% or above.

    Sir,
    I have a question regarding increment in VIth pay commission.
    DPC for my promotion from Jr.Acctt. to Sr.Acctt. was held and approved on 26.12.2006 for the promotion on 1.1.2007, but the file for promotion was signed on 16.1.2007 , due to which i was promoted as Sr.Acctt. on 16.1.2007. After that IVth pay commission was announced.In which the July increment clause was introduced. I took benefit of IVth pay commission from my date of promotion i.e. 16.1.2007. Now the next increment was due on 1.7.2008 ( 18 month). Recently an order issued for giving addiional increment for the person whose increment is between Feb.2006 to June 2006. But my case is not considered in this order. Kindly suggest how can i take benefit of lost increment of july 2007. It is because had my promotion held on due date of 1.1.2007, i must got increment of July 2007. But due to delay of 15 days , my increment of july is not given to me.

    Kindly arrange to upload the dearness circular on pre revised scale (5th pay) w.e.f.01.07.2012 as early as possible
