As per rule 5 of the MACP rules promotion/financial upgradation allowed to the persons of merged scales would be ignored. Presently I am in the grade pay of Rs. 4800 as per govt. of India orders that the persons who got their promotion prior to 1.1.2006 in the scale of 6500-10500 are to be placed in the grade pay of 4800. sir please clarify whether railway school teachers are entitiled for getting MACP benefit or otherwise
The employees who are working in the subordinate offices with different cadres, have no opportunities of promotion and are working on the same post since 18-20 years be taken into account and justice need to be done.
The old ACP schme is still valuable for the empployees like us who have joined as an LDC 20 years ago and still have to wait for more than 6-7 years for the promotion.
