sir,
my old scale was 5000-8000 , it is merged with 6500-10500 pay scale in the 6th pay commison now my grade pay is 4200/- . Border Roads Organisation is my organisation till not yet issued any administrative order for merging of pre-revised scale of 5000-8000. I had got promotion as Steno Grade II after completion of 11 years in the pre-revised scale of 4000-6000 and I have crosed the identical pay scale of 5000 at that time i.e. on 31-12-2005. but our organisation is saying how can we provide Grade pay of 4200/- as on 1.1.2006. As per MACP or ACP scheme I have to get the pay fixed from 1.1.2006 in the pre-revised scale of 5000-8000 with grade pay of 4200/- or the scale have to be merged with 6500-10500 with grade pay of 4600/-. though ur criteria satisfies the condition to get pay to be fixed as in the pre-revised scale of 6500-10500 with grade pay of 4600. is there any dopt order to get pay not to be fixed for Border Roads Organisation employees while they are governed under RPR 2008 with other central govt employees.

Ihave joined one central govt. department in 2002 and worked upto 2008 n than join a nationalise bank i resgined through proper channel. than i joined central board of excise and customs n still working is my service can be counted from 2002.
