sir, I joined crpf as si/gd since 2007 in the pay 9300+4200and i have promoted as inspecter on april 2011.& my pay is fxed just as one increement of 3% & 4600 gp=11470+4600 but on other hand those local promotee who have joined crpf since 1985 in the rank of ct/gd continuesly he have got promotion as hc/gd,si/gd. & he was junior to me in the rank of si and also junior to me in the rank of inspecter but his basic pay is more than my. can i stepping up? pse suggest me for further action.
one another anomaly is that the i have prometted inspecter/gd on april 2011and my pay fixed as 11470+4600 but those who have joined later to me as direct recruit inspecter through 10% sport quota in crpf and he is junoor to me in the rank of inspecter for all perpose but his pay is 12540+4600. is it right or not? can i also stepping up?
I’m joined crpf since 2002 as ct/gd which was directly entry and after I have passed the exam of si/gd through limited department competative examination.and i have tacnical resignaton to ct/gd and joined as si/gd on november 2007 than my pay is fixed as 9300+4200 on sept 2008. but that time my basic pay was 5500. is it right ?
but according to me my pay might fixed as 5500×1.86= 10230 on november 2008
