Sir Is there any file in process for upgradation of LDCs and UDCs as only they have been left out by the VIthe pay commission every cadre have been given something but poor LDCs and UDCs are ignored . what is the latest status of pay revision in case of LDCs and UDCs
My 1st appointment in railways in March-92 as Technician Gr.III,Promoted after passing 25%LDCE as JE-II in Sept-98, GP-4200 granted wef.Sept-98,10 years completed in same GP in Sept-2008,but in continuation of my regular service my without break promotional Training of 78 weeks not counted for MACP.
As I have joint the central Govt. as Steno Gr.III 1984, I got only one acp on 1999, at the time of 5th Pay commission in the pay sclae Rs. 5000/- and I got promotion on the said post on 15.5.2010 as an Asst. Gr.II without any financial benefits my present pay 9300-34800 with GPP 4200 after completing the 27 years of service.2nd acp due on april 2008 , as per the 6th ACP orders all steno grades are merged , now called option for MACP or ACP, Shall I opt MAC or ACp which is benefitted for me .please reply
Sir.
I joined the post of Jr. Stenographer in Central Drug Research Institute, a constituent laboratory of CSIR, New Delhi on 28.09.1977. I was promoted as Sr. Stenographer through DPC on 25.05.1992. I had got the benefit of A.C.P. from 28.09.2001 in the scale of 6500-10500. After implementation of Sixth Pay Commission my pay was fixed in the PB-2 9300-343800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-. Now when I am completing my 30 years of service on 28.09.2007. I want to know what will be the benefit of MACP to me. Please clarify and reply. Thanks, Sir, Manoshi
I am working as Jr. Stenographer (Grade -III) in NF Rly with GP Rs. 2400/- from 17-01-2006. But there is no promotion. 6th CPC made us hopeless. No scope of upgradation is there though there was the news of upgradation. A Stenographer is working like a PS/CA. We are minimum in number. Then why this dissimilarity. Please do something to this hopeless group.
Yours faithfully
Kalyan Roy
Jr. Stenogrpaher(Gr. III)

Sir Is there any file in process for upgradation of Store Keeper grade II non technical isolated post as only they have been left out by the VIth pay commission every cadre have been given something but poor Store Keepers who are working in class A establishment on isolated SK-II post which is not revised since 4th CPC are ignored. In case of this isolated post of SK-II eligibility criteria is same as LDC but SK-II is not treated as LDC in view of promotion what is the latest status of pay revision or promotion status except ACP 10,20,30 years in case of isolated SK-II post of Store Keeper
Sir I have 3 daughters, never claimed CEA for eldest daughter as was in college at the time of 6th CPC declaration. Can i claim CEA for my two youger daughter and one of them is giving 12th examthis time.
I am working as Administrative Officer in a Delhi University College and getting grade pay of 5400/-. I completed 12 years in the previous post in August 2003 in the same scale but ACP was not given to me till date as I was upgraded twice earlier. But now I am in the same scale since August 1991 and going to retire in June 2011 after completing continuous more than 34 years of service. What will be given to me by MACP scheme?
I joined the Central Govt Department on 3.6.1972 and retired on 31.5.2008. My total contineous service is 36 years. I got only two promotions till my retirement. I continued to work in the same grade for 16 years without any promotion. I have not received the third Financial Up-gradation till today. Am I not eligible for the Third Financial Up-gradation? Please give me a reply.
One employee had appointed as Gr.”D” and promoted as LDC(Gr.”C”)through the departmental exam. He has completed 30 years of regular service. But as per Recruitment regulation, he is not possessing the minimum qualification for promotion to the post of UDC. Whether he is eligible for 3rd financial upgradation under MACP in the G.Pay 2400/-(presently he is drawing G.Pay 2000/-)?
Kindly reply on urgent basis.
i was appoited as junior accuntant on16-7-81 .iwas given 2ndacp on 16-7-2005.iam nqw drawing pay rs18510+4800 but my junior who was appoited as junior accoutant on 13-11-1982 is drawing rs18540+4800.can this anomaly removed by upgrading my pay equal to my junior
I joined BIS in August 1985 as Asstt. Director, promoted to Deputy Director in April 1992. Since there is no post of DirectorI am still Deputy Director. The sixth pay commission has recommended MACP for Group ‘A’ officers. The sixth pay commission says that autonomous bodies/PSUs can implemet VI pay comm provided they have implemeted V pay commission. The V pay comm also recommended for ACP for Group ‘A’ officers for the isolated posts. My submission is that when there is no scope of promotion after getting only one promotion, whether my post is an isolated post. It is also submitted that upto 1991, there was a post of Director exists but I after 1991, it was surrendered by BIS.
Thank you sir,

Mr. Ashok Salunke was also appointed as LDC in March 1976 and he has granted ACP after completion of 24 year service in the pay scale 5000-150-8000 from March-2000 whereas as was drawing in pay scale 4500-125-7000.During 2001 after restructuring the post of UDC & TA has been merged/ re- designated as Sr. TA in the pay scale 5000-150-8000 and inter seniority has been fixed on the basis of UDC.
