One Response
I had been serving as police constable in Puducherry and resigned my post (technical resignation) consequent upon my selection for the post of sub-inspector Gr.III (security) in BHEL, Trichy (Public Sector Undertaking). In my present department, my previous service benefits have not been considered/taken into the account and i have been treated as a fresh employee. Hence, kindly inform me whether i can avail leave encashment in puducherry police department or not. if possible please quote the rule positions in this regard please.
