Secretary (E), Dear Sir, Sub: Revision of Dearness Allowance from 45% to 51% of pay w.e.f 01-01-2011 – Increase of Allowances & Advances by 25% in terms of Government’s decision – Reg. *********
The Government has revised the DA to 51% of pay w.e.f 01-01-2011. As such Allowances & Advances are required to be increased by 25% automatically. Vide annexure to the letter, the NFIR furnishes the Allowances & Advances needed to be increased by 25%. NFIR therefore requests the Railway Board to issue orders to the GMs, etc., to grant revision of Allowances & Advances w.e.f 01-01-2011 and ensure payment of arrears. NFIR also urges that the Transport Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Patient Care Allowance, PCO Allowance, Running Allowance (Kilometerage), Night Duty Allowance, Split Duty Allowance, Cash Handling Allowance, etc., should be hiked by 25% w.e.f 01-01-2011.

dear sir / madam
with quick action please clarify that Civilian personnnel of Min of Defence are getting Hotel Charges for sum of Rs 300/- per day and food for sum of Rs 100/- and taxi with sum of Rs 50/-per day for PB-1 employees in starting grade. Hence you are requested to please clarify whether the above charges has been automatically increased after increased of DA more than 50 %if yes please fwd authority on my mail id jeetugaur_1985@yahoo.com
what about hotel accomodation rule(ta on tour).can’t two person hire one room of 1000/- while their limit is 500/- each person.
