List of new hospitals empanelled under CGHS–LUCKNOW

List of new hospitals empanelled under CGHS – LUCKNOW

The Department of Health and Family Welfare circulated a list of new addition of private hospitals applicable under CGHS in Lucknow city. This Department have already been circulated the complete list of empanelled private hospitals and revised package rates and are available on CGHS website. The package rates are indicated in three types such as super-specialty hospitals, another one for accredited hospitals with NABH and third one for non-accredited hospitals with NABH.

This Department has now decided to enclose the new list of hospitals under the fresh empanelment procedure, which is given below :-

The above mentioned hospitals are approved under the scheme, will be eligible to treat CGHS beneficiaries and charge at the revised rates with effect from 30.04.2012. The empanelment shall be for a period of one year or till next empanelment, whichever is earlier.
