GPF and SDS Interest Rates Revised for the Financial Year 2012-13
Government of India has revised the Interest Rates for the financial year 2012-13 in respect of State PFs (GPF) and Special Deposit Schemes (SDS) for non-government Provident, Superannuation and Gratuity funds (SDS), 1975, from 8.6% to 8.8% with effect from 01.04.2012. The funds concerned are:-
1. The General Provident Fund (Central Services).
2. The Contributory Provident Fund (India).
3. The All India Services Provident Fund.
4. The State Railway Provident Fund.
5. The General Provident Fund (Defence Services).
6. The Indian Ordnance Department Provident Fund.
7. The Indian Ordnance Factories Workmenâs Provident Fund.
8. The Indian Naval Dockyard Workmenâs Provident Fund.
9. The Defence Services Officers Provident Fund.
10. The Armed Forces Personnel Provident Fund.

dear sir,
i am appointed in crpf 2003 as head constable in 3200-85- 4900 pay scale in signal cadre.after 6 th cpc getting 6280 b/pay + 2400 as on 1/1/2006 where as direct entry of HC. [ in any cadre ] getting b/ pay 7510 + 2400 g/ pay as on 1/1/2006 but unfortunate no any direct entry in our cadre but remustering as hc/ro continue after 1/1/2006 where as in other cadre of crpf appoint direct entry head constable and they gets 7510+2400 as on 1/1/2006 [.]1 july 2011 we getting basic pay 7670+ 2400 (grade/pay )[.] Any one pse inform our pay fixation is correct or wrong and also inform me .
1.same rank i.e head constable getting equal or not if they appoint in same year but their cadre if differ?
2.head constable in different cadre appointed in 2003 in same basic pay in 5th cpc. after 6th cpc. they different in basic pay as on 01/01/2006 .is it justified or not pse. explain?

the above mentioned abnomally is developed not only in CRPF, but also in CPOS and this different also creats confusion in later promotion stage. This may be rectified
