By “Senior promoteeâs pay” does it mean in the same department/ministry or seniority in a single field office of a ministry/deptt???
The main aim of the then ACP Scheme was to deal with the problems of genuine stagnation and hardship faced by
the employees due to lack of adequate promotional avenues and and a decision was taken to grant financial upgradation under the Scheme to the next higher grade in accordance with the existing hierarchy in a cadre/category of posts without creating new posts for the purpose. (However, in case of isolated posts, in the absence of defined
hierarchical grades, financial up-gradation would be given in the immediately next higher(standard/common) pay-scales.
In other words, one use to get the pay scale of his next promotional grage in the form of financial upgradation.
Under MACP, this system discontinued and started granting next higher grade pay by which the main aim of the scheme itself defeted.
Hence, ANC may please be considered granting grade pay of next higher grade in accordance with the existing hierarchy in a cadre/category of posts as a financial upgradation instead of granting next grade pay.
sir, in point no. 2, what about direct recruties who joins before 1-1-2006, and after multiply by 1.86, he does not reach at minimum pay. is it consider to stepping up.
for example:- one person joins in 6500-10500 and his basic is 6900 on 2006. after multiply by 1.86, his basic pay is 17640(including GP). and minimum is 18150. can this anomoly covers that type of cases. kindly reply
all the anamoly on pay fixation of junior and senior will be solved if the pay should be first be fixed in 5th cpc for the merger or upgradation scale and there after the 6th cpc formula for fixation adopted . it i not understood that our higher authority are not giving attention to this basics and wandering for single or a particular issue.
When is the DOPT going to issue official MOM of 5th anomaly committee meeting.
what happened about target date for double patient care allowance.
4. Revision of Existing Allowance : Agreed to process the doubling the allowances (Hospital Patient Care Allowance etc.) Cabinetâs approval will be sought. Target date for finalization is one month.
sir, most of the cadre in the scale of rs4500-125-7000 upgraded and fixed in the scale of rs5000-150-8000 and also granded rs4200 grade pay . but the poor gr.1 drivers in the defence ministry only in the scale of rs4500 and fixed rs2800 grade pay . why this anamoly only for the drivers . please remove this anamoly and give justice to the drivers who takes care of you .
Sir, in point No.8 an person who is in the G.P of Rs 4800/ after getting 3 MACP promoted to next post from non gazetted to gazetted post on regular basis with GP Rs. 4200/ which is less than his present grade pay, whether he is entitled for additional increment erstwhile FR-22-C as he is shouldering higher responsibilities of the gazetted post Reply in this will be highly solicited.
