sir i am working in ordanance factory and promoted to Hs 2 on dated 31.05.2010 due to one time relaxation. So i would like to know how my pay will fix? Whether it will give one increment and 2400 grade pay or fix me according to the basic of fifth pay commissio ie (4000-6000) by giving 7440 basic pay and 2400 grade pay. Please clarify.

I am serving in Central Govt. posted at srinagar(j&k)as civilian employee. All defense force and para military have limited tenure in j&k.
(1)Does limited tenure rules are applicable on me as civilian.
(2)Does srinagar comes under Hard area.
(3)Am I illegible for hard area allowance.
(4)Can you please provide hard area list.
We had taken intercharge transfer on reversion of post from STA post to TA post and pay had been protected vide order issued by the DOPT during February, 2006.
But now due to the implementation of the grade pay system only the pay in the pay band is protected and not the grade pay. (The grade pay for the above cadres are Rs. 4200/- and 2400/- respectively) vide DOPT order of 21st October 2009.
The new basic pay has been defined as pay in the pay band plus the grade pay applicable. But without protecting the grade pay how the pay protection is given fully. Due to above around Rs. 3000 is lost on the above difference and allowances and it is increasing by Rs. 100 every 6 months due to DA increase.
We all taken transfer around 2011 without knowing all the problem of non protection of grade pay and even though career is lost due to reversion our solace that our pay will be protected. Lot of persons are being affected due to the above. (in our dept. itself more than 30) The above points to clear anomaly. What rememdy is suggested by expert viewers?

I am working in central gov.I have taken home loan.I want to increase my home loan.But due to salary constant it is not increasing.I am saying my salary will in july (3% increment).But bank needed the increment letter from where can i get that 3% annual increment letter
ALL THE BENIFIT ORDERS ALWAYS APPLIED TO THE GOVERNMENT SERVANT, BUT WE ONLY THREE EMPLOYEES OF MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS RAILWAY BOARD AS A ASSISTANT GETTING GRADE PAY OF RS.4200/- IN V CPC WE WERE PLACED IN PAY SCALE RS.5000-8000 FROM 5 CPC TO 6 CPC WE ARE REGULARLY REPRESENTING TO ALL AUTHORITIES LIKE DOPT ,FINANCE MINISTRY, AIRF BUT NO BODY RAISED OUR QUESTION FOR OUR BENIFT
Sir, right now I am in the grade pay of 4600 and completed ten years of service. Our department do not have any post with grade pay of 4800. But we are being given only 4800 as grade pay under MACP. Is it correct. Shouldn’t we given grade pay of 5400, as the next higher post is with that grade pay in our department. Kindly clarify.

please advice me that i had applied for lien but no response came from deptt then i went for next assignment afterwards notice came to me that lien is declined and come and join the duty then icame and given application to allow me to join after 8 months after that office inform me after six month that authority have accepted your trequest come and join then i came and joined my duty then it has passed three years but uptill now the period is not cleared so my promotions and other benefits is stooped pleae guide me

I am the employee of Indian Air Force (Civilian employee)at 1 Base Repair Depot, Kanpur in the trade of Wireless Operator Mechanic (A)directly in the Highly Skilled Grade-I on 29-01-1990. I was placed in the selct list of MCM in 2001. I had passed my promotional examination 93-94.On implementation implementation of 6 CPC and reconstructing of Artisan Staff in the Ministry of Defence, Air Force directorate,do not permit for the promotion from Highly Skilled Grade-I (MCM) to nChargeman because of revision of RRs. On the span of 6 years RRs has not been issued by Directer of Air Force and I am suffering with out promotion. Is any rule available as Till revision of RRs promotion from HS-I (MCM) to chargeman? if so please director the Air Force directorate for immediate implementation so as like me other civilian employees of air force do not suffer.
I was suspended w.e.f. 27.12.2007 till 02.09.2011.
I joined services on 22.05.1989.
I was issued the Chargesheet by the department on 1.10.2009
The MACP is effective w.e.f. 01.09.2008.
Am I not eligible for MACP? If yes, then How many please.
I was promoted as Group B – on Ad-Hoc basis ONLY, w.e.f. 02.12.2003.

I am working at Maharashatra at Grade Pay of Rs.4600,Requesting your clarification and reference of DOPT order regarding Children Education Allowance for ” Exam Fees ” & Term Fees charged by school.
I am joining Mate (SSK)Job in MES Department at GE, Jorhat on 12th March. Yesterday I feel that one of my ear is causing audibility problem. I have visit the Doctor. He told me that all the skins and external is perfect. This might a cause of nervous system. You have to take three injection on nerve. which is available in Guwahati only. So I have to travel more than 300 km for 3 days. When I asked My incharge at Office, he told me that If i will take leave showing medical ground, It may hamper my Job. Your medical Checkup may be reviewed. and you may lost your job.
Now I want to know Can’t an employee fall chick after joining job.
Please suggest me what to do. If I will not take the treatment I may loose my audibility permanently. And according to him I may loose my job. I can’t decide what to do.
How can the leave of a person regularised when he met with an accident? Since the accumulated leave (all type) is less that the treatment/hospital admission period ? Can it be regularised into hospital leave ?
I have joined as a postman on 18.05.2005. Now I promote as a PA from 20.06.2009. We get the salary in old format. Kidly give me sugestion for received the new salary as per 6CPC from 01.06.2006
